Attention of the Stock brokers is drawn to Exchange Notice nos. 20070828-28 dated August 28, 2007, 20070531-8 dated May 31, 2007, 20120816-19 dated August 16, 2012, 20131204-9 dated December 4, 2013 and 20131213-26 dated December 13, 2013 to ensure that all the IML/BOLT TWS/BOLT PLUS terminals are registered with the Exchange.
The Stock brokers are advised to ensure that all the information provided to the Exchange while registration of IML/BOLT TWS/BOLT PLUS terminal location details as well as on ongoing basis, is correct.
Stock brokers are requested to review the details filled against the existing Terminal ids relating to active/inactive status, relationship with approved user using TWS/IML, user details, office details etc. and update the same in case of any changes as the details regarding the location id as well as data extracted based on the terminal IDs registered is being provided to SEBI on a periodic basis.
Stock brokers shall ensure that there is no discrepancy in the data extracted by the Stock Exchange based on the details available in the location id module and that provided by the Stock brokers directly to the Regulatory Authorities.
