Sub: Order under Sections 11, 11(4), 11A and 11B of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 in the matter of M/s Lotus Eye Hospital and Institute Limited (PAN: AABCK9701E).
SEBI, vide its Order no. WTM/MPB/ISD/ 22 /2017 dated September 13, 2017 has inter-alia revoked the actions envisaged in SEBI’s letter dated August 07, 2017 (issued vide Exchange notice no 20170807-31 dated August 07,2017) and the consequential actions taken by Stock Exchanges against M/s Lotus Eye Hospital and Institute Limited.
This Order shall come into force with immediate effect.
A copy of the said order is attached herewith and also available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
