This is in continuation of Exchange Notice No: 20170821-27 dated August 21, 2017, wherein Trading Members of the Exchange were informed about delisting of certain companies that have been compulsorily delisted by NSE. Trading Members may note that in view of the provisions of the Order issued by Hon’ble Securities and Appellate Tribunal (SAT), the securities of company Pearl Engineering Polymers Ltd (Scrip Code : 526562) will not be delisted w.e.f August 23, 2017.
All other provisions of the aforesaid notice remain unchanged.
