Trading Members and vendors of the Exchange may please note that it is proposed to make certain enhancements in the IML and ETI APIs. This is to differentiate between asset classes that are part of the Currency Derivatives segment, namely currency derivatives (Currency Futures & Option) and interest rate derivatives (GSEC Futures & T Bills Futures contracts). Additionally, the underlying asset class will be provided in the contact master file as well. Please refer to the circular no. 20170731-2 dated 31 July 2017 for the same.
IML, ETI APIs & IML exe new versions
To support the changes mentioned above, new version of IML API – ver. 7.08, ETI API – ver. 1.5.10 & IML exe - ver. 9.00 shall be released. These versions shall be COMPULSORY release in Currency Derivatives segment whereby the API changes will have to be handled in the front-end trading application. The changes in the IML and ETI API are mentioned in change log section of the respective API document.
New IML, ETI API documents and IML exe version are available on the Exchange website – http://www.bseindia.com/nta.aspx in the section ‘Currency Derivatives Segment - Test Environment Setup’.
Trading members and vendors may please note that the new versions of IML, ETI API & IML exe shall be available for testing in the simulation environment with effect from Monday, August 21, 2017, hence requested to initiate development in their respective trading application.
The above-mentioned changes shall be made live with effect from Monday, September 11, 2017 followed by a compliance mock trading session on Saturday, September 09, 2017.
