Sub: Order Under Sections 11(1), 11(4) And 11D of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992, in the matter of Merlin Agri Projects India Ltd. and its directors /promotors
SEBI vide its interim Order no. WTM/GM /SEBI/ERO/IMD/27/JUNE/2017 dated June 23, 2017, has inter-alia, directed that the Merlin Agri Projects India Ltd. and its directors /promotors (Annexure Attached), shall not access the securities market or buy, sell or otherwise deal in the securities market, either directly or indirectly, or associate themselves with any listed Company or Company intending to raise money from the public.
The Order shall come into force with immediate effect, which shall remain in force until further Orders.
A copy of the said order is attached herewith and also available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
