Trading members are hereby informed that trading in the securities under “Indonext / Permitted to trade” category will be suspended as a precautionary measure, if the relevant company, whose securities are available for trading under the aforesaid categories, is not compliant with the listing requirements with the concerned regional stock exchange, in the interest of investors.
The trading in such securities will resume only if the regional stock exchange demonstrates to the Exchange that concerned company is compliant with the listing requirements as applicable from time to time.
All the terms and conditions, related to trading in the securities under “Indonext / Permitted to trade” category, except as modified above, shall continue to apply.”
