Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that, Adani Transmission Ltd. has now informed the Exchange that the company has bought back 1,650 zero coupon NCDs tranche I of the face value of Rs. 10 lakhs each (Scrip code : 954006) and has repaid the amount in full to the debenture holders on 27th February 2017.
