This has reference to the Government of India notification F.No.4 (16)-W&M/2016, dated February 23, 2017 and RBI circular IDMD.CDD.No.2187/14.04.050/2016-17 dated February 27, 2017 announcing that the Sovereign Gold Bond Scheme 2016-17 – Series 4 will be open for subscription from Monday, February 27 to Friday, March 03, 2017.
The Exchange is pleased to announce that Sovereign Gold Bond Scheme (SGB) will be open for subscription on BSE StAR MF Platform from February 27 to March 03, 2017 for Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs) to subscribe to the issue for their clients. The facility shall be available only on BSE StAR MF Web Portal and shall be available for transaction in demat mode.
The issue price has been fixed at Rs. 2893/- (Rupees Two Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety Three only) per gram of gold.
Details of the SGB Scheme, guidelines for bidding & other modalities shall be provided via a separate circular.
