MFIs/MFDs are hereby informed that we have received communication from TATA Mutual Fund regarding merger of Tata Gilt Short Maturity Fund with Tata Gilt Securities Fund .The merger shall be effective from February 15th, 2017.
Consequently, fresh subscription shall not be accepted in the merging schemes (i.e Tata Gilt Securities Fund) with effect from February 15th, 2017.
Further, the investor can redeem the units through the platform without any load till 16th March, 2017.
Further, with effect 17th March, 2017 the merging schemes shall cease to exist.
The details of the schemes merging is attached in Annexure I.
