This is in continuation of the Exchange notice no. 20150128- 21 dated 28th January , 2015 for Offer for Sale (OFS) by The President of India acting through and represented by the Ministry of Coal, Government of India (the "Promoter”) through Stock Exchange Mechanism for selling 63,16,36,440 ( including the option to sell additional 31,58,18,220 over and above the base issue of 31,58,18,220 shares ) equity shares of COAL INDIA Ltd of face value of Rs. 10/-.
The Promoter (“Seller”) has informed the Exchange that the Floor Price for OFS shall be Rs. 358/- (Rupees Three Hundred and Fifty eight Only) per share.
