Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that pursuant to the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations 2009, the Company has complied with the formalities for voluntary delisting of equity shares. The trading in the equity shares of Kanumanek Trading Co.Ltd (Scrip Code: 504343) is already under suspension.
The equity shares of Kanumanek Trading Co. Ltd will be delisted from the Exchange records w.e.f. Monday, April 28, 2014.
Trading Members may further note that the exit option will be kept open by the Acquirers –Amita Sheth and Jyoti Shethfor the remaining public shareholders for a period of one year from the date of delisting at the rate of Rs.5265/- (Rupees Five Thousand Two Hundred and Sixty Five Only) per share, being the exit price determined.
