Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that pursuant to the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations 2009, the company has complied with the formalities for voluntary delisting of equity shares. Accordingly, the trading in the equity shares ofReliance BroadcastNetwork Limited (Scrip Code: 533143)will be discontinued w.e.f. Friday, March 21, 2014.
Further the above scrip will be delisted from the Exchange records w.e.f. Friday, March 28, 2014.
Trading Members may further note that the exit option will be kept open by the acquirers –Reliance Share & Stock Brokers Private Limited (“R-Share”), Reliance Land Private Limited (“R-Land”) and Reliance Capital Limited (“R-Cap”)to the remaining public shareholders for a period of one year from the date of delisting at the rate of Rs.70/- per share, being the exit price determined.
