· Intense Technologies Ltd: Listing of 1,91,37,882 equity shares of Rs.2/- each issued pursuant to the Scheme of Reduction filed with the Exchange.
· RDB Reality & Infrastructure Ltd: Listing of 64,83,200 equity shares of Rs.10/- each issued pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation filed with the Exchange.
· Aadhaar Ventures Limited: Listing of 1345248000 Equity Shares issued at a issue price of Rs. 2/- each to other than Promoter on a preferential basis.
Dhanlaxmi Bank Limited : Listing of 5900000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each issued at a premium of Rs.50 per shares to Other than Promoters on preferential basis.
However, the securities do not automatically get listed on expiry of seven days from the date of this notice, as it is subject to the compliance of the Listing procedures
