SUBJECT: Eligibility norms for Direct Listing on BSE SME Platform
Reference: Circular dated 21-06-2012 of BSE Ltd
BSE vide its circular no 20120621-9 dated 21st June, 2012 has laid down the eligibility norms for the company desiring to get direct listing on its SME Platform. In addition to this some additional guidelines have been stipulated and some guidelines have been replaced. The guidelines for Direct Listing are given in Annexure - I
