*For NCDs subscribed under Option III, the relevant interest will be calculated from the first day till the last date of every month during the tenor of such NCDs, and paid on the first day of every subsequent month. If the date of interest payment falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday in Mumbai or any other payment centre notified in terms of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, then interest as due and payable on such day, would be paid on the next Working Day.
