Trading Members of BSE are requested to note that the Securities & Exchange Board of India
(SEBI) has issued guidelines on “Arbitration Mechanism in Stock Exchanges” vide
its Circular No CIR/MRD/DSA/24/2010 dated 11th August, 2010 (A copy is enclosed as
Annexure A).
The aforesaid Circular will be made applicable to all Arbitration References filed with the
Exchange on or after 1st September, 2010.
The changes in the existing procedure would be communicated to the Trading Members
separately.
The Trading Members of BSE are requested to display the aforesaid circular of SEBI on their
respective websites.
