1. The above results have been reviewed by the audit committee and subsequently approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on August 05, 2011 subjected to "Limited Review" by the Auditors of the Company.

2. Provision for deferred tax will be provided at the end of the year after audit.

3. The Company operates in a single business segment as such no separate segment report is required under Accounting Standard 17 issued by I.C.A.I.
