1. The above results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and thereafter, approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on May 30, 2013.

2. The Company operates in single business segment as such no separate segment report is required under Accounting Standard 17 issued by ICAI.

3. The manufacturing activities of the Company at Mahad is still closed as per the order of the Hon’ble Bomaby High Court and the matter is pending before them.

4. Figures of last quarter are the balancing figures between audited figures in respect of the full financial year and the published year to date figures upto the third quarter of the current financial year.
