| Exchange Disseminated Time | Andhra Sugars Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 01, 2014 to September 10, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 67th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 10, 2014.
Further the Company has informed that, the dividend warrants dated September 17, 2014 in respect of the said dividend, if approved at the Annual General Meeting to be held on September 10, 2014, will be posted to the eligible shareholders from September 19, 2014 onwards. |
