| Exchange Disseminated Time | Adani Agro Private Limited ("the Seller") ("Promoter"), which forms a part of the promoter group of Adani Enterprises Ltd (the "Company") has submitted to BSE a Notice of Offer for Sale of 70,00,000 (Seventy Lacs only) equity shares of the face value of Rs. 1 each of Adani Enterprises Ltd, by Promoter through a sale on the separate window provided by the BSE Ltd. (the "Stock Exchange") for this purpose.
The Sale shall take place on the separate window of the Stock Exchange and shall commence on February 06, 2013 at 9.15 a.m. and shall close on the same day at 3.30 p.m. |
