| Exchange Disseminated Time | Surya Roshni Ltd has informed BSE that in Compliance to clause 36 of the Listing Agreement and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading ) Regulations, 2015 read with Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, we hereby informed the exchange(s) that the Trading Window shall remain closed from August 04, 2015 to August 17, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approval of Un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 by the Board of Directors in the meeting to be convened on August 13, 2015.
Further, during the aforesaid period all "designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives" are prohibited from trading in the Company's equity shares. Thus Directors, Statutory Auditors and all the Designated employees cannot trade (purchase / sell) in the Company's shares during the aforesaid period. |
