| Exchange Disseminated Time | Trade Wings Ltd has informed BSE that the Company had received approval from SEBI vide their letter dated March 13, 2013 for dilution of promoter shareholding on the floor of Stock Exchange to comply with Minimum Public Shareholding requirement as per Clause 40A of the Listing Agreement. In terms of Clause 3 (b) of the aforesaid letter, the details of promoter whose shareholding will be diluted in order to comply with Clause 40A of the Listing Agreement are as under:
- Name of the Promoter : Narayani Hospitality & Academic Institution Private Limited
- Total Number of Shares proposed to be divested : 33,000 equity shares
- Period within which the disinvestment will be completed : June 03, 2013
The dilution of the aforesaid equity shares will commence from May 10, 2013. |
