| Exchange Disseminated Time | The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company were earlier scheduled to remain closed from August 04, 2014 to August 11, 2014 (both days inclusive), for the purpose of the Company’s Ninth Annual General Meeting to be held on August 11, 2014, Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd has now informed BSE that the aforesaid Book Closure date(s) and their purpose have now been revised and, accordingly, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from August 06, 2014 to August 11, 2014 (both days inclusive), for the purposes of:
(a) the Ninth Annual General Meeting of the Company, to be held on August 11, 2014, and
(b) determining the names of the members eligible for receipt of the Interim Dividend of Rs. 8 per Equity Share (on the face value of Rs. 2/- per share) declared by the Board of Directors of the Company for the Financial Year 2014-15, at its meeting held on July 24, 2014. The dividend will be paid on or before August 23, 2014. |
