Accordingly, the Board of directors of the Company noted the withdrawal of nomination of Mr. Rajiv Sabharwal and Mr. Maninder Juneja as directors of the Company effective October 14, 2016 and approved the appointment of Mr. Rakesh Jha, as director and designated as Chairman, effective October 14, 2016 and Mr. Anup Kumar Saha as director of the Company effective October 19, 2016. |
