3. Transferring all claims against 40 Crores Bank Guarantee furnished by Bank of Maharashtra Nashik City Branch in-favour of MIC Electronics Limited to Energy Efficiency Services Limited which is implementation partner of Nashik Municipal Corporation Project. |
