| Exchange Disseminated Time | Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 31, 2014, to consider and approve the Company’s Unaudited Financial Results for the second quarter and half year ending on September 30, 2014 (Q2).
In terms of the Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading in Shares of Mahindra & Mahindra Limited ("M&M"), the Trading Window shall be closed from October 01, 2014 to November 01, 2014, i.e. from the first day of the month following the quarter till 24 hours from the time the results are communicated to the Stock Exchanges on the date of the Meeting. |
