| Exchange Disseminated Time | ALSTOM India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 25, 2014,
has approved the appointment of Deloitte India to undertake valuation of the Undertaking and derive and recommend a fair value of the Undertaking to the Board of Directors and/or its committee(s). The Board of Directors of the Company at the said meeting has also appointed M/s. Parmod Kumar Chopra & Co., Chartered Accountants, to determine if the Undertaking meets the thresholds of an 'undertaking' as defined in Explanation (i) to Section 180(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 2013 and thereafter submit its findings to the Board of Directors and/or its committee(s). |
