| Exchange Disseminated Time | Ms. Pooja Ramsinghani, Promoter/Promoter Group Entity of the Company (referred to as the "Selling Shareholder"/ "Seller"), has informed BSE that the Selling Shareholder proposes to sell an aggregate of 11,43,500 equity shares of face value Rs. 10.00 each constituting 6.46 % of the equity share capital of the Company as on date exclusively through the Sellers broker on the separate window provided by the BSE Limited ("BSE") for this purpose.
