In this regard, in accordance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the securities of the Company, for the Directors, Designated Persons and Connected Persons has been closed from May 08, 2017 and shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results as above. The Trading Window shall re-open from May 31, 2017. |
