This is to inform you that pursuant to the Regulation 29 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, the 30th day of May, 2017, at the Head Office of the Company at H-65, Connaught, Circus, New Delhi-110001, inter alia, a) To consider, approve and take on record the audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2017. b) To consider the recommendation of dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2017. c) Any other business with the permission of the chair. It is also informed that in terms of prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015 issued by Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons (as defined in the code) from May 16, 2017 to June 1, 2017 (both days inclusive).
