| Exchange Disseminated Time | Info Edge (India) Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Ambarish Raghuvanshi, Chief Financial Officer & Whole-time Director of the Company has informed the Company about his decision to relinquish the said position with the Company effective May 2014
to look for new career opportunities. Mr. Ambarish Raghuvanshi has been associated with the Company for 14 years and is a Co-promoter of the Company.
To enable a seamless transition of duties, the Company has identified Mr. Chintan Thakkar for the post of CFO who will join the Company as "CFO-Designate" immediately. Mr. Chintan Thakkar, has around two & a half decades of rich experience in Finance, Consulting and Operations. He has held the position of CFO-India at Computer Associates Inc. in the past.
Further, the Audit Committee of the Company has approved the aforesaid appointment on January 27, 2014 which was also endorsed by the Board of Directors on even date.
Mr. Ambarish Raghuvanshi will however continue to work in an advisory role with the Company post his cessation of office effective May 2014.
The Company will inform the stock Exchanges about the exact effective date of his resignation including taking over of the position of CFO by Mr. Chintan Thakkar in May 2014 promptly on the happening of the event. |
