| Exchange Disseminated Time 31/05/2017 10:24:47 | Anant Raj Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2017, inter alia, has re-commended a dividend of Rs. 0.24 per share (i.e. 12% on Rs. 2/- fully paid up share) for financial year ended March 31, 2017, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
The dividend on the equity shares, if approved by the members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM), will be credited/ dispatched to members within the prescribed time. |
