Results approved by the Board are enclosed herewith along with Audit Report. Board also recommended final dividend @ Rs. 24 per equity share of Rs. 10 each for the year ended 31st March, 2017 subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. Pursuant to Regulation 33 (3) (d) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we confirm that the Statutory Auditors have issued Audit Reports with unmodified opinion on the Audited Financial Results of the Company (Standalone and Consolidated) for the Year ended 31st March, 2017. The meeting of the Board started at 2.30 PM and concluded at 3.45 P.M. |
