Considered & Approved of Audited Annual Accounts, Directors' Report, Report on Corporate Governance, Auditors' Report and Annexures thereon for the financial year 2014-2015 after taking into account the impact of the Scheme of arrangement between Vantage Corporate Services Limited (VCSL) and Vantage Knowledge Academy Limited (VKAL) for the demerger and transfer of Education business Service undertaking of VCSL into VKAL duly sanctioned by the Hon'ble High court of Bombay vide its order dated July 10, 2015.
