| Exchange Disseminated Time | Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, to:
1. Consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2015;
2. Consider and recommend dividend, if any, on Ordinary (Equity) Shares of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2015.
Further, In terms of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Shares of Mahindra & Mahindra Limited ("M&M") read with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations), the Trading Window has been closed from April 01, 2015 to May 31, 2015, i.e. from the first day of the month following the quarter till 48 hours from the time the results are communicated to the Stock Exchanges on the date of the Meeting. |
