Further, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-audited financial results of the Company from February 09, 2015 till February 13, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
