| Exchange Disseminated Time | Maharashtra Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following:
1. To adopt and approve the unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
2. To fix time, date and venue for holding the 33rd Annual General Meeting of the Company and to consider the businesses to be transacted thereat;
3. To approve draft notice for convening the Annual General Meeting;
4. To decide on the dates for closure of the Register of Members and Share Transfer Register for the purpose of Annual Book Closure; and
Further, in accordance with the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (applicable w.e.f. May 15, 2015), the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Directors, Officers and Designated Employees of the Company from August 07, 2015 and would open on August 18, 2015, i.e.„ 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results to the public. Therefore the designated persons should refrain from trading in the Equity Shares of the Company during this period. |
