| Exchange Disseminated Time 07/09/2015 09:31:15 | The Exchange had sought clarification from Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd with respect to news article appearing in The Economic Times on September 4, 2015 titled "US Firm Telephonics to Hike its Stake in Mahindra Defence JV"
Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd replied stating "This matter pertains to an unlisted subsidiary of Mahindra & Mahindra Limited and not to the Company. In any case, a press release on the captioned subject issued by Mahindra Telephonic Integrated Systems Limited has separately been sent to the Stock Exchanges today.
However, we would like to reiterate that as in the past, the Company would continue to inform stock exchanges about any price sensitive information before the same is made public." |
