1. Director's report for the year March 31, 2015 was considered and approved.
2. The Board decided to recommend ratification of appointment of auditors by members in the ensuing AGM.
3. Managing Director NVR Mohan Rao retires by rotation and being eligible, offers himself for reappointment.
4. The draft notice convening the 23rd Annual General meeting was considered and approved and Board has ordered issuance of said Notice to the shareholders of the Company. |
