| Exchange Disseminated Time | Tree House Education & Accessories Ltd has informed BSE that in respect of the QIP, the Capital Raising Committee (QIP Committee) of the board of directors of the Company has, at its meeting held on December 23, 2014, approved the issue and allotment of 45,45,454 Equity Shares to eligible qualified institutional buyers at the issue price of Rs. 440/- per Equity Share, aggregating to Rs. 1,999,999,760, under the SEBI Regulations and Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2013 (including the rules made thereunder).
Pursuant to the allotment of Equity Shares in the QIP, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 42,31,07,240 (Forty Two Crores Thirty One Lacs Seven Thousand Two Hundred Forty only) comprising of 4,23,10,724 (Four Crores Twenty Three Lacs Ten Thousand Seven hundred Twenty Four) equity shares of face value of Rs.10 (Rupees Ten)
