| Exchange Disseminated Time | Andhra Sugars Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 16, 2015 to September 26, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 68th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 26, 2015.
Further, the Company has informed that the dividend warrants dated October 03, 2015 in respect of the said dividend, if approved at the Annual General Meeting to be held on September 26, 2015, will be posted to the eligible shareholders from October 05, 2015 onwards. |
