1. To consider appointment of Scrutinizer to oversee the e-voting / ballot process of the Company at the 24th Annual General Meeting and submit his report accordingly;
2. To authorize any Director / Company Secretary of the Company to oversee the e-voting / ballot process of the Company at the 24th Annual General Meeting on behalf of the Company;
3. To adopt and approve the Notice & Directors Report of the Company along with the Corporate Governance Report for financial year 2015-2016;
4. To finalize the dates of Book Closure for the purpose of forthcoming 24th Annual General Meeting;
5. To finalize the date, venue and time for convening 24th Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company. |
