The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Tuesday, September 19, 2017 to Monday, September 25, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting of the Company and payment of dividend, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
We further wish to inform you that Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 26, 2017 has recommended a dividend of Rs. 10/- per equity share of Rs. 2/- face value i.e., 500% for the year ended 31st March 2017 and the dividend, if declared at the Annual General Meeting, will be credited / dispatched on or before October 10, 2017.
