| Exchange Disseminated Time | KIC Metaliks Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 03, 2014 to September 09, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 09, 2014.
Further, in compliance with the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules famed there under, shareholders are provided with the facility to cast their vote electronically, through the e-voting services provided by National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) on all resolutions set forth in the Notice, The details pursuant to the provision of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules are given hereunder:
a. Date of completion of sending of Notice : August 04. 2014.
b. Date and time of commencement of voting through electronic means : September 03, 2014 at 9:00 am.
c. Date and time of end of voting through electronic means : September 05, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. The e-voting module shall be disabled by NSDL for voting thereafter. |
