| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier announcement dated June 03, 2014 regarding the Record Date (cut-off) for e-voting and Book Closure dates for the ensuing 94th Annual General Meeting of the Company, which was scheduled on July 22, 2014.
Kirloskar Brothers Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to postpone the 94th Annual General Meeting.
In view of the same, the Company shall intimate the above dates of the postponed 94th Annual General Meeting, in due course of time.
Further, with reference to the earlier letter dated April 22, 2014 intimating the dividend payment date, the same shall be intimated to the stock exchanges, in due course of time. |
