| Exchange Disseminated Time | ALSTOM India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015 and recommendation of Dividend, if any, on the paid up equity share capital of the Company.
Further, for the aforesaid purpose, the "Trading Window" shall remain closed from April 22, 2015 to April 30, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
