Above Results were duly reviewed by the Audit Committee and thereafter approved by the Board of Directors of the Company. 2. Recommendation of dividend on the Equity Shares of the Company @ 100 % i.e. Rs. 10/- per equity share each for the Financial Year 2016-17.
