1. Ms. Sunanda Dandekar has been appointed as a Director.
2. Re-appointed Mr. Ashok Katariya, Mr. Satish Parakh and Mr. Sanjay Londhe as Chairman, Managing Director and Whole-time Director respectively for the period of 3 years with effect from April 01, 2015 subject to approval of the Shareholders.
3. Evaluation of Board of Directors as a whole and of the Independent Directors has been completed. |
