| Exchange Disseminated Time | PPAP Automotive Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 23, 2014 to September 26, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 27, 2014.
Further, in terms of Clause 35B of the Listing Agreement, which provides to extend e-voting facility to the shareholders as specified in the Companies (Management & Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company has fixed August 14, 2014 as the cutoff date to ascertain the shareholders eligible to cast their vote electronically at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled on September 27, 2014.
The same cut-off date of August 14, 2014 would also ascertain the shareholders, who do not cast their vote electronically, wish to cast their vote physically at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
The Company would be availing e-Voting services of Central Depository Services (India) Limited. |
