Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd replied stating "The Company wishes to clarify that it enters into various arrangements in the ordinary / routine course of business. This is an arrangement involving usage of lubricant oil for the Company's Tractors and as such is routine in nature . This is in furtherance of the business of the Company and does not fall under price sensitive information.
The Company has not made any press release in regard to the article referred to by you and does not have any other comment to make on the referred article." |
